TAN BUCK CHYE DAVID LL.B (Hons) David graduated from the
National University of Singapore in 1987, was called to the Singapore Bar in
1988 and has been in private practice since.
He is formerly the Managing Director of Tan & Yip LLC. His areas of practice
include conveyancing and real estate work, project financing, corporate and
commercial transactions, landlord and tenancy matters, estate and probate
work as well as corporate debt collections. He has vast experience especially in conveyancing and real estate
work, having handled the following kind of work over the last 25
years:-advising and acting for banks and financial institutions; ·
private property purchases and sales for retail and corporate
clients; ·
HDB flat purchases and sales; ·
JTC / HDB shop purchases and sales; ·
development work and sales of apartments, condominiums and
landed properties for both licenced and unlicenced developers; ·
enbloc /
collective sales including Strata Title Board applications He is a director with Pacific Law Corporation. |
